Reciprocal Peer Coaching

Round Twelve - Coach 6 Sessions; Get Coached 6 Sessions

The Conspiring Women* Peer Coaching Co-Op exists to ensure that

1) mission-driven women have an affordable, equitable, inclusive, high quality space for reflective/reflexive leadership and life practice and;

2) that leaders at every level, formal and informla,  are equipped wtih valuable coaching skills to enable them to motivate, mobilize and inspire their teams and organizations and make an ever bigger diffr

Here we value generosity, reciprosity and collective impact. We lift each other up and work towards a collaborative society infused with a sense of mutuality, nourishment  and interconnectedness. This regenerative approach is our way to live into a possible, healthier, sustainable future for humans, other beings, and the planet.
