This retreat is designed to experience when the days are still short, ideally before the winter solstice, when the days begin to grow longer once again.  We hope that it helps you to tune into the emotions and knowledge that you hold in your body and to release what you are ready to. Our intention is that you will feel renewed energy and headspace to begin exploring who you are becoming and how you will re-emerge in 2021.
