This small group is designed for team and executive leaders to provide confidential, whole-hearted support to each other to feel healthy and centered as they grow and thrive as leaders. The sessions are flexible and driven by the needs of members.

Imagine having a place to bring your leadership challenges and opportunities. You bring whatever you need - difficulty managing a member of staff, frustration with senior leadership or board, overwhelm and isolation, strategic dilemmas, anything - and then others get to work to support you. They will ask you good questions to help you think, offer ideas based on their own experiences, even role-play difficult and important conversations.  

Ensure that in 2021 you have a high-quality reflective and supportive space comprised of other values-aligned womxn leaders committed to mutual thriving and positive impact.

We understand how important it is to continually tend to your professional network. We rely on networks to solve problems, to change jobs/careers, and to develop partnerships and coalitions. The Conspiring Women Peer Coaching Co-Op matches you up with two people you would like to meet and two people who wish to meet you. And over three months, you arrange to have four conversations. We provide everything you need to make the most of the conversations.

Reciprocal Peer Coaching

One woman to coach you; one woman to coach

Through the Conspiring Women Peer Coaching Co-Op, you have access to affordable, high quality peer coaching. Each round has 12 sessions total: 6 sessions in which you are the coach, and 6 sessions in which you are coached. Your coach and coachee are two different people, keeping the roles very clear and enabling you to have access to the listening attention that you need.

Mission-driven women leaders at every level and at different stages of their careers appreciate this forum for ongoing reflective leadership practice and space to think about career and life. Participants also gain satisfaction, new insights, and valuable coaching skills by serving in the role of coach.
