The Conspiring Women Peer Coaching Co-Op exists to ensure that
1) mission-driven women have an affordable, high quality space for reflective/reflexive leadership and life practice and;
2) that change-makers are equipped wtih valuable coaching skills to enable them to motivate, mobilize and inspire their teams and organizations.
Here we value generosity, reciprosity and collective impact. We lift each other up and work towards a collaborative society infused with a sense of mutuality and interconnectedness.
