The Conspiring Women Peer Coaching Co-Op exists to ensure that

1) mission-driven women have an affordable, high quality space for reflective/reflexive leadership and life practice and;

2) that change-makers are equipped with valuable coaching skills to enable them to motivate, mobilize and inspire their teams and organizations.
