Reciprocal Peer Coaching

Round Fifteen - Coach 6 Sessions; Get Coached 6 Sessions

The Conspiring Women* Peer Coaching Co-Op exists to ensure that

1) values-driven women have an affordable, equitable, inclusive, high quality space for reflective/reflexive leadership and life practice and;

2) that leaders at every level, formal and informal,  are equipped with valuable coaching skills to enable them to motivate, mobilize and inspire their teams and organizations and make an even bigger difference.

Here we value the literal meaning of the word conspire - literally, to breathe together. We request the  generosity of your full presence, the spirit of reciprocity and a belief that cultivating these can have a collective positive impact. We lift each other up and work towards a collaborative society infused with a sense of mutuality, nourishment  and interconnections. This regenerative approach is our way to live into a possible, healthier, sustainable future for humans, other beings, and the planet.

If you've read this far, perhaps you have found your place.

*We are explicitly inclusive of all women: trans-women, gender-fluid, and gender non-binary people who value being part of an inclusive women's space.

Chartered Psychologist, Analytic-Network Coach, Certified in systemic practice Kerry Macready

Chartered Psychologist, Analytic-Network Coach, Certified in systemic practice "A human being is part of the whole what we call the universe” (Albert Einstein) As a coach, working with either an individual or a group, I am interested in creating the space to explore interconnectivities. Our ‘inner world’ effects our actions and relationships, and, in turn, is continually shaped by our interactions with the world we inhabit. It might be helpful to explore the interconnectivities between our own thoughts, feelings and emotions, to explore what purpose and meaning we feel connected to, or to reflect on what is being created within relationships and social systems. I take trust and confidentiality very seriously in coaching. Whether working individually or as a group, coaching should feel safe enough to allow for acceptance, and to allow new thinking, insights and plans to emerge. If you would value a space to think, where you will be listened to without judgement, then coaching is worth considering. I’ll be curious to learn with you, and will seek to offer enough structure to help you turn your reflections into meaningful action. I look forward to meeting you, and hope you will find our conversations supportive and purposeful, helping you movie forward, achieve your personal or career goals, and to reflect on what it means to you to live and work well. Examples of coaching scenarios I work with: - Transitions Coaching; times of change can be when a space to think feels most invaluable - Coping with stress, avoiding burnout and building resilience. - Overcoming barriers, including inner critique, sense of difference, imposter phenomenon. - Family coaching; shifting patterns and creating a more family resilience -Leadership Coaching; developing organisations, teams, culture and inner resolve. - Team Coaching; working through conflict or difficulties, creating safety and sanctuary, achieving together.
