An Invitation

As we enter the autumn season—with shorter days and the turning of the leaves—we’re invited to move gently into a time of gathering in and letting go. This seasonal shift encourages us to pause and reconnect with what nourishes and steadies us. It is a moment to reflect, take stock, and find clarity amidst all that has unfolded. In these times of constant change and uncertainty, many of us feel stretched, unsettled, or under-resourced. We are navigating ongoing stress, complex challenges, and a deep need to feel rooted and replenished.

  • Program Dates: Friday, September 26-Friday, October 17

  • Kickoff Retreat: A 90-minute immersive session to set intentions and build community

  • Weekly Resourcing Calls: Over 3 Weeks, each Monday and Friday, we'll hold space for one another as we navigate these challenging times.

  • Optional micro-videos and reflective journaling.

  • Explore simple, science-backed practices to navigate stress and uncertainty.

  • Delve into mindfulness techniques to find calm amidst the chaos; light within the darkness.

  • Reflect on our journeys and envision the path ahead.

  • Time: This program is an investment both in yourself and in others in this community, therefore, we ask that you commit to showing up to the kick-off retreat and at least 4 of the six weekly calls. Dates and times for live sessions are listed below.
